The Kove started with a simple belief — that a great meal shared with good people is one of life's finest pleasures. Nestled in Clayton, New York, along the beautiful St. Lawrence River, we opened our doors to be more than just a restaurant.
We wanted to create a place that felt like home. Somewhere you could linger over a second cup of coffee, catch up with a neighbor, or discover your new favorite dish. A place where the food is honest, the atmosphere is warm, and the welcome is genuine.
